Uncollected Parcels Due to Import Custom Taxes
If a parcel is not collected due to import custom taxes or duties, and it is returned to us:
Refund Eligibility: You will be eligible for a refund minus the original postage and handling fees.
Process: Once we receive the returned parcel, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, less the postage and handling fees incurred.
